I've accessed the zip files for the Colorado top bar, but the file type is essentially unreadable. I can see ctb-v6.8 - nestin_18mm.3dm and .dxf but my MAC does not have a file to read the file. I have plenty of woodworking tools, so I do not plan to go to a commercial facility to use a programmable router. That would seem to dispel the "Do it yourself" approach you are encouraging. Is it not possible to make available .pdf or .doc files describing the dimensions and diagrams in a format that the layman can access and work with?
